Does Pacha replace our ERP?
No. Pacha prepares the entries and sends the ones you approve to your ERP. If you don't use one, they stay in Pacha.
What happens when Pacha is unsure?
It flags the detail and leaves the decision to you. Nothing is saved until you approve it.
Who can see each shipment?
Only the parties you invite, and you choose what each one sees. Prices and contacts are private by default.
How do I track my containers?
Add the container or booking number to the order. Pacha follows it with the carrier and updates the arrival date.
How is my data protected?
Only the parties on each shipment can see it. All data is encrypted in transit, and sensitive data such as bank details is also encrypted when stored. We never share it with third parties.
